In which countries can you buy online?

Our online shop is currently available for orders in Spain including the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and most of Europe as you can see in the General Conditions of Sale section. We are working so that you will soon be able to buy from any country in the world.

Will I receive the same product as I see in the picture?

Yes, although some models may have a colour difference due to the resolution of your computer monitor.

Do you restock items when the "out of stock" message appears?

Yes, our stock is continuously replenished.

Is it possible to receive news via e-mail?

Yes, we frequently send information to the contacts in our database.

Can I unsubscribe from the news?

Yes, you can unsubscribe from our database at any time. To do so, you must inform us by sending an email to hola@tallgallsshoes.com.

How can I be sure that I have made the right purchase?

Once you have made your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email. If you have not received it, please contact us, preferably via email at hola@tallgallsshoes.com

 Where is my order?

At the moment we do not have an order tracking section. But you can make your query with the tracking number that we provide and the URL of the corresponding courier company.

Can I remove an item from my order?

Yes, as long as you have not received it or it has not been sent.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as you have not received it or it has not been sent.

What should I do if I receive a faulty/incorrect item?

In case you receive a product with a defect or different from the one you purchased, you should contact us, preferably via email at hola@tallgallsshoes.com and you will receive a reply. 

What do I do if I don't receive all the items in my order?

Check your email to see if we have sent you a message informing you that one of the items included in your order could not be shipped. In this case, we will refund you the amount corresponding to the item in the same payment method used for the purchase.

If you have not received an email, please contact us, preferably via email at hola@tallgallsshoes.coms and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How can I pay for my purchases in the online shop?

You can pay for your purchases with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Paypal, Cash on Delivery (COD) or 3 months payment with KLARNA.

How much does shipping cost?

All shipments are free from 79€ in Spain, both mainland and islands. Shipments in Europe will depend on the country, there is a minimum purchase for free shipping and shipping costs depending on the country, see the section SHIPPING, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS.

What is the delivery time?

Orders take 1 to 3 working days in Spain and up to 7 working days in Europe.

Is it safe to shop online?

At www.tallgallsshoes.com we guarantee the security of your purchases over the Internet, as we use secure payment systems from financial institutions.

Can I exchange or return items, how?

Ordinary return: You have 30 calendar days to return the product, the steps are as follows; first you must inform us of the change or return together with the reason for the return to the following email: hola@tallgallsshoes.com, then we will contact you to send our courier company to pick up the product and send it to us, then we will proceed to change the product or refund your money if necessary.

For orders outside Europe, returns will be at the customer's expense with prior notice.

Can I change my details once I have paid for my order?

No, once the order has been paid for, the details are sent to the courier company. You can call the courier company to manage the change of data.
